Schooling systems holding your kids back, where to look to get round it.

Because of ofsted inspecting and regulating all of our education establishments, families can look at the reports and view which education establishments are getting the top results.

The debates for and against this regulation are numerous with one person saying ?it is binding the education establishments up with beurocratic red tape? the other stating ?the standards of education establishments is increasing because of them, and allowing the families to make an informed choice?.

It doesn?t matter what your angle is, families are finding themselves in the position that they can find out which schools are providing the best education in their area. If your child has special needs, requiring for example help with dyslexia or attention deficit disorder the reports allow you to view which schools locally might provide best for your family.

Having looked at the ofsted reports you could find that the schools in your particular area arent right for you. As an alternative you might consider sending your child to a boarding school where your child could have smaller class sizes and a higher standard of education, many boarding schools offering scholarships or bursaries.

I have discovered several great sites that give top information on finding schools relevant to you.

Some things to bear in mind when writing your Curriculum Vitae for a job Interview.

As you are writing your Curriculum Vitae.

As soon as you know you have enough data about the job you are finding out about begin writing the CV with the following in mind.

? Are their specific proficiencies the job description asks for, ensure that you include appropriate skills in your CV so that the Interviewer can see that you are appropriate to the job.
? Ensure that the covering letter is to the point and enables the interviewer you are applying to to see why you would be the applicant for the job. This involves ensuring that any data you have gleaned about the requirements of the role offered are talked about in a positive light for you in the covering note.
? Make sure that your contact information are clearly presented at the top of the page so that the interviewer doesn?t have to go searching through lots of text to get to you.
? Don?t ever use negative language when talking about yourself, your skills or the business you are interested in. Be bright and positive about yourself and the job you are interested in, you can, get the position you want.
? When listing qualifications and previous jobs ensure you list the most recent qualification and job first and work the timeline backwards from there. Place the educational section first if you are fresh out of college with any relavent jobs afterwards. As you have more jobs place the list of employers first with your education afterwards. Within both categories draw out information that is appropriate to the job you are applying for. Add any additional relavent vocational qualifications after this.
? Your hobbies and interests can reflect well on the job you are planning on applying for if you can show the skills within it are useful, team sports for example show that you enjoy working as part of a team.
? Finally try to get the end product printed out on a computer and get a version stored on disc. If you don?t own your own PC, you may be able to book the computer at your area library or pop into a local internet caf? and talk to the owner there. If you cant get to a computer and you have tidy handwriting ensure you use some decent paper to provide the right impression to your potential employer.
